If you are not a RAVEN member you will be invited to download the app online or via email.
Buy your ticket as usual – you will be invited to opt in to alerts and notifications from the ticketing site as well as communications from artists and venues that you love.
The ticket will now appear in your RAVEN vault.
You will not be able to use the ticket until you have fulfilled the venues access criteria.
You control and input the required data to enable the ticket.
For instance if you need to show a negative COVID test 24 hours prior to the event, simply book a test through RAVEN test locator or locally, and the clinician/nurse will upload the result to your NHS electronic records.
This will be authenticated and displayed in real time on RAVEN and activate the ticket for entry, as well as activate a general access pass for any other venues for as long as it is valid.
This is conducted in real-time, without transferring any data to your device or displaying any of your health records, guaranteeing the safety and security of your identity.
